Firsts

We have lots of firsts coming up in the next few weeks. It's an exciting time! Asher starts kindergarten on Monday. We went to meet his teacher last night and found out one of his friends from the ward is in his class! He's a little nervous so I hope all goes well. I'm excited but also sad that he will be gone from 7:30 until 2:45 every day. I guess in Texas kindergarten is the new first grade. I don't know what Sage is going to do to occupy herself without Asher around. Good thing she has Kelton around.
Sage also is starting new things. She had her first dance class today and she was the star of the class. I wasn't worried. What could be better than pretending to walk and twirl like a princess? She also starts preschool the first week of September and she's very excited for that too. We'll be busy this school year but that's the way I like it!
