10th Anniversary Cruise

Somehow this post got deleted from before. I wasn't going to repost it since it took forever but I decided if I'm going to do a blog book, then I'll want it in there so here you go. You may receive this twice if you're on the blog email list.
For our 10th anniversary, we decided to take a cruise out of Galveston. It was nice to just spend a week together without Rulon having to work.Formal night aboard the ship
Our dinner table. We enjoyed getting to know the other couples at our table.

Getting ready to zipline in Belize

Me on the zipline.

After cavetubing. Unfortunately our waterproof camera ran out of film right when we starting cavetubing. It was really fun going through caves on tubes and seeing all the formations.

In Cozumel, the plan was to take a high speed ferry to the mainland so we could see the Mayan ruins in Tulum. I knew it was a bad idea when we got on the ferry and it was very closed in and we couldn't see out the windows. Before we started, the crew came around handing out vomit bags to everyone. I took dramamine but it didn't matter. It was 30 minutes of misery and I wasn't alone. Rulon was fine but probably at least half of the rest of the people were sick too. I didn't feel better for a long time. At Tulum, I thought I was going to pass out and was hypoglycemic. I finally started feeling better after a soda and cookie.

Thanks to Grandma and Shalene for watching the kids for the week we were gone!
