Today we went to Poteet, TX to attend the Poteet Strawberry Festival. It was a lot of fun. I'm glad we got there early because we parked right by the entrance, it was still cool, and nothing was really too busy yet. The kids enjoyed the petting zoo, bubbles, watching dancers and a trained animal show, and of course eating strawberries.
Asher DID NOT want to be Strawberry Shortcake.
Kelton didn't mind.

Kelton followed this pot belly pig around for quite a while.
He also was good buddies with the llama and a goat that he kept hugging.

Sage got 2nd in the 4-year-old division.
Asher also got 2nd in his division. Asher says there isn't a fruit he doesn't like, except lemons!
